My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt for our anniversary week, from the minute we got out of our car we were greeted and treated just great. Any request or need was taken care of immediately. Staff gave us great suggestions on “things to do”, “where to eat” as we did not know the area. A very special thanks to Nickolas the manager of the front lobby, he was very gracious and accommodating as to a room change which made our stay even more relaxing. We travel to Florida three times a year, always somewhere different, that changes as of now, can’t wait for our return visit to Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale!

This was my first stay at this Hyatt and my experience was nothing less than exceptional. The rooms were above expectation and the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and gracious hosts. From catering, to front desk, to restaurant, to housekeeping, everyone I met had a smile and seemed genuinely interested in creating a great experience. Interestingly, on my last day, I had a minor maintenance issue in the room. When I mentioned it to the front desk team, they were almost too quick to have maintenance respond to fix it. To have that kind of response—on the morning I was to check out—felt like the team truly valued my experience and I felt more like a guest than a customer. Kudos to the entire team—excellent service!!

We stopped in to rest our feet and charge our phones. The hotel staff were welcoming and the public seating area was very comfortable. The cafe on the ground floor would have been a great place to have a quick bite to eat. Its location is perfect for visiting the waterfront and NSU museum across the street, which was the purpose of our visit.

I love this Hyatt when I have to stay in South Florida. There is so much around the area and the hotel staff is super helpful. We arrived late and even though the kitchen was closed, the hotel staff went out of their way to help us get menu and delivery to our room. The pool is awesome, heated so even if it is windy and chilly you can still enjoy. Gym is nice, small but has everything you need for a work out to offset any vacation eating. The restaurant is the hotel is also very good, breakfast was my favorite. I would suggest to stay here for a very enjoyable visit.
